  • Building Capacity
    With over 22,000 square feet the venue at Elliot Remington Events is ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.
    LOUNGE
    -120 for stand up receptions
    -100 for seated dinners without dancing
    -80 for seated dinners with dancing
    WAREHOUSE
    -300 for stand-up receptions
    -250 for seated dinners without dancing
    -200 for seated dinners with dancing
    FURNISHINGS
    Included in all rentals is the optional use of the furnishings below:
    -All furniture in the lounge
    -Bar set up in lounge (additional bars added into rentals)

  • PARKING
    Parking is available in the rear of the facility. Please inquire about Valet.
    SECURITY
    Security Is required for groups of 50 or more guests to ensure the safety of both guests and the venue. Security must be scheduled for the duration of the event and must be present until the last guest leaves.

  • CLEANUP
    Event vendors are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. For caterers, this means a basic cleaning of the kitchen as well as removal of all trash and recycling. The Venue is responsible for putting away any tables and chairs that belong to the facility, and for cleaning the floors and restrooms.

  • A FEW MORE RULES
    -Unless your existing contract states otherwise, all events here must end by 12:00 AM. If you are going that late, we require that you close your bar and stop your music by 11:30 PM.
    -Do not move any furniture without explicit permission from the venue manager.
    -Out of respect for our neighbors, we require all vendors to be off the property by 12:30 AM.
